    Our Basic Support offering provides you with unlimited email / telephone support.  It is available from 9-5 during EasyAccess Business Solutions Inc.’s office hours and excludes holidays and weekends.  Support includes the following:

                  - Provide bug fixes, patches or workarounds.

                  - Provide new releases or versions

                  - Provide Unlimited Support via Email and Phone

    Contact Support through phone or email and get answers fast to your questions.  Our role is be aware of your overall business needs and demands and be available to answer all your questions and resolve any challenges that you may face.  Our maintenance provides you with access to the most current releases and versions to .Biz.

Custom Solution Extended Support

       For customers that have a custom solution of .Biz and do not have a programmer on-staff, then this is an option that is available to you.  Custom Solution Extended support includes all the same features of Standard Support as well as the following:

                     - We will safe keep you custom source code, install executable and make the source code available upon request

                     - We will apply any and all new base product features to your Custom Solution, upon your approval

                     - We will apply and test any base product reported bugs that other customers may report
