November 2013 - Enhanced Vendor Provisioning and Phase 2
Additional enhancements made to the Vendor Provisioning Module at a large bank. New functionality has been added to allow representatives to securely download software tokens and administer them, ability to export all information pertaining to requests and new navigational features to make the tool easier to navigate.
Phase 2 of an Ticket/Defect integrated solution is underway from a repeat customer.
October 2013 - New Intake forms for QC App and more...
EasyAccess is involved in customizations to a Service Request Module that will assist a large Bank in its transformation initiatives. This will help streamline processes and allow improved performance. Enhancements to the Cost Centres approvals allows the Centre Managers greater flexibility for decision making in the approval process.
Rollout of Intake Forms in production for Quality Centre application, this new module allows clients to submit their requests related to Quality Centre while capturing all relevant information. This new system replaces an previous Excel spreadsheet. New Approvals, email notifications and email updates to the end user and agents is included.
September 2013 - New ,Biz Web Service and AJAX Controls
As part of a custom solution, .Biz employed a Web Service to perform dynamic lookups into a Legacy Application for the Auto Complete when the users were typing into a Text Field. As well, the use of Multi-Select Dropdowns made available with the use of AJAX Controls has provided enhanced functionality to this custom solution. This has been applied into .Biz and will be further integrated into .Biz going forward.
This month we have completed a customized version of .Biz that allows clients to submit various requests. This new module has an integration into the CARPE Diem Electronic Time Sheet databases so that the requests can be billed by their IT Code, Revenue Code and Cost Centre. This integration allows only valid IT/RCC/CC combinations to be entered otherwise the request is not processed. This new system is moving into production in October. Phase 2 is already in discussion.
August 2013 - New integrations, enhancements and solutions,
Work has started on a new QC project which allows end users to submit requests for New Dashboards, Configuration Requests, Date Adjustments, Add/Remove Users and Ad-hoc Requests. A complete module for the department has been created to be able to process and act on each requests.
Currently in development is an integration with Aveksa for a large bank in Manhattan, New York, which will allow requests from the Aveska system to be automatically generated in .Biz, Each request will follow specific workflow instructions as per the application and request type.
A new Service Request Form for a large bank which will allow HR groups to submit requests for New Hires with security feature of lookup into Active Directory based on Group membership.
At an existing high volume .Biz solution for a crown corporation in Canada, enhancements to an existing custom application have been rolled into production as part of an ongoing maintenance plan for .Biz. The enhancements included a custom SLA report and several productivity improvements.
July 2013 - Ticket & Defect module and Intake form
EasyAccess Business Solutions has been awarded a contract to create a custom Ticket & Defect module for an international software company. This solution will process incoming Email Requests into Tickets, perform a lookup in an external legacy application, monitor SLA target times, create parent child relationships between Tickets and Defects and much more. The users will be located around the world and while the server is in Calcutta, India.
The new 'Clarity' Intake Form will be used by many departments at a large Bank replacing an existing paper based system. This new form will include email notifications to the submitter, approver as well as email escalations if the Service Levels are not met.
June 2013 - Custom Service Request module
EasyAccess Business Solutions has been awarded a contract to create custom Service Request module for a US company. This customized Service Request module will include on-line forms and a full approval process for these requests. These online forms were previously handled via a paper form method, and the new online forms will provide a seamless process from initial form submission, cost centre approvals, and request completion.
This is our 3rd year of the .Biz Auction Software developed for a Charity. This year new enhancements and functionality was added to this product including enhanced tax receipt generation, item processing and event configuration
May 2013 - Enhancements to Biz Email Submission
This new feature will look at the incoming Email Subject line for given configurable Keywords and assign these Email Requests the Categorization corresponding to the Keyword. This allows for automatic skills based routing of an incoming email, without Agent intervention. So if someone sends the Service Desk an Email, it can be automatically Categorized and Assigned to the appropriate Group and Agent.
April 2013 - New Vendor Access contract and .Biz Pilots
EasyAccess Business Solutions has been awarded a contract to develop a Service Request module to handle Vendor Remote Access Provisioning. This will allow individuals to request and receive remote access tokens for their approved Vendors. This module will be complete with Request interface, an Approval Process, Provisioning Workflow and full life-cycle auditing.
In addition, .Biz is currently in pilot at new potential clients in Ireland, Germany, Texas and South Africa. .Biz is up and running at no charge allowing the clients to fully evaluate .Biz.
March 2013 - Strong start to earnings in 2013
EasyAccess Business Solutions is on its way to have a strong start to 2013 with earnings at 8 % growth from last year. Client activity has been good, customizations and consulting services are up and renewed interest in the base product has increased.
While we saw early signs of improvements in the markets and economy, we remain cautious given the complexity of the risk and challenges. We’re focused on aligning the needs of our clients, evolving our technology infrastructure in line with our target operating model. Our drive to tighten our expense base is continuing and we’ve seen good firm-wide progress on this front.
Thanks to the ongoing dedication of our team, EasyAccess Business Solutions will remain competitive in this environment.
February 2013 - New .Biz Dashboard feature
The new .Biz Dashboard feature allows you to configure and view your own custom Dashboard statistics, allowing tree-view and sorting of results. This feature is in our base product, no separate installation is required. Check it out from our on-line trial.
January 2013 - Revenues up 23% in 2012
For a 4th consecutive year, starting from the recession in 2008, EasyAccess Business solution's revenues continue to go up year to year. Revenues were up 23% from 2011 to 2012.
December 2012 - .Biz Español now free!
EasyAccess is pleased to be able to offer our Spanish translations at no charge. This is now rolled into the base product, no additional install or configuration required.
November 2012 - .Biz Event Management & .Biz BCM
EasyAccess has been busy with a .Biz Business Continuity Management rollout throughout Canada and the USA at a large Bank. All tests were successful, and .Biz BCM will be replacing the existing solution.
EasyAccess has also delivered additional enhancements to a crown corporation in British Columbia that uses .Biz as their call centre solution. The client service representatives handle hundreds of calls a day in .Biz that come in via Fax, Email, and Phone screen pops. This update is part of an ongoing maintenance release program.
October 2012 - Several new Service contracts...
EasyAccess has been awarded two contracts to develop two custom Service Request solutions for different departments at a large bank.
As well, phase 2 of Business Continuity Management which includes a new Test Script & Survey feature has been rolled out to a large bank in the United States.
EasyAccess has also been awarded an additional service contract for customizations to an existing client's .Biz application in France. One new feature is a Tree View Dashboard, stay tuned!
September 2012 - New Book of Records and new Swedish Client
EasyAccess has been awarded a contract to develop a Book of Records application for a large bank. The Book of Record application is being developed to assist in an Enterprise wide hardware / software upgrade. Querying into MS SMS and PatchLink will provide a current software, hardware, user and cost centre listing for all serial numbers. This information will be used in determining which systems are eligible for an upgrade, which systems require pre-requisites etc.
We are also please to welcome a new client out of Stockholm, Sweden. The company has chosen to implement .Biz and integrate their Financial Data into .Biz.
August 2012 - Phase 2 rollout of BCM in Canada and US
The Business Continuity Management (BCM) module is now in phase two at a global bank in New York. The second phase enhanced features for the developing test scripts and a new interface for testers completing their worksheets. Phase 1 was a success and Phase 2 is currently underway. Once it is released this module will be used in New York and Toronto
July 2012 - Custom solution for global French company
EasyAccess Business Solutions Inc. has been awarded a contract to deliver a custom ITSM solution to a global French company with 14,000 employees in 30 countries and sales of 1.1 billion euros in 2011, and is a leading manufacturer of connectors for various markets such as automotive, communication, consumer, industrial and medical. .Biz will be used throughout the world, spanning many time zones and languages.

April 2012 - .Biz Multi-browser and Mobile Device read
EasyAccess is pleased to announce that .Biz is now fully browser independent. Check it out from your IPod, IPad, Android and any other mobile browser. With the use of a Tablet style user interface, .Biz becomes very easy to use on a Mobile device.
In addition, EasyAccess Business Solutions is pleased to receive a Services Contract to develop a Call Centre solution to be used for managing Student Requests.
March 2012 - 2011 record year for Service Revenue
EasyAccess is pleased to announce that 2011 has been a record year for Service Revenue. A large number of projects resulted in better than forecasted results. February 2012 - Custom Solution Enhancements in Production
As part of our ongoing service, enhancements to a custom solution were rolled into production at a British Columbia Crown Corporation.
As well, the .Biz Business Continuity Management (BCM) solution will be rolled out to the US locations of a Canadian Bank, which will include enhancements for their specific requirements.
January 2012 - .New .Biz Exam Scheduling Module
We are please to announce the awarding of a contract to develop a .Biz Exam Scheduling module to integrate into an existing .Biz custom solution. This module will allow Agents and CSR's to schedule Exams at locations throughout British Columbia for their Candidates.
December 2011 - .Biz Event Management goes live
.Biz Event Management is now live. Users can register for an event and receive e-Tickets to the event immediately upon submitting. Bar Code readers will scan the E-Tickets for check-in to the event. At the end of the Event, the Tax Vouchers will be scanned for different attendees.
November 2011 - .Biz Event Management enhancements
Enhancements to the .Biz Event Management solution are in the works, which includes defining Events, Sending Invitations with the optional use of Outlook Calendar Appointments, Registration, Bar-code scanning for Check-in and much more.
EasyAccess is also pleased to roll out Phase 3 of our Call Centre Solution at a British Columbia crown corporation. 30 Agents manage 10,000+ requests a month using .Biz, receiving Fax and Email inquiries directly into .Biz. Calls are transferred to the Agents via .Biz Screen Pops where client information is pre-populated from an Oracle legacy application. With the use of the new Rich Text Editor, updates sent via Email that automatically create or update Requests maintain their original Email formatting when viewed in .Biz.
October 2011 - .Biz at global bank in Manhattan
An existing client, a global bank located in Manhattan, NY, has upgraded their existing EasyAccess Help Desk solution, which they have been using for the last 6 years, to the new .Biz ITSM Solution without any data loss.
As well, Hotel Booking Solutions Inc., a global software company, has upgraded their existing EasyAccess Help Desk solution, which they have been using for the last 7 years, to the new .Biz ITSM solution.
September 2011 - New Rich Text Editor in .Biz
With the use of the new Rich Text Editor, users can format text in worklogs and e-mails using standard text editing features and toolbars. This is all part of the ongoing improvements to .Biz.
New features are being added to the Service Request Module for an existing customer to allow for on-boarding/off-boarding of employees. This will quicken the entire process of supplying a new hire with all appropriate ids and access as well as removing access for termination.
August 2011 - New Project starting & enhancements to BCM
EasyAccess is pleased to start a new project to develop a custom solution for an Application Support service desk. The solution will automate their processes to better manage Requests, Expectations & Timings for an IT department that supports Banking Trade Applications. This solution will integrate Outlook and .Biz to mange incoming e-mail as well as provide a user interface for Agents and End users to manage their Requests.
As well, EasyAccess will be providing enhancements to their Business Continuity Management solution deployed at one of our largest clients.
July 2011 - New .Biz Integrations - Bar Codes and Screen Pops
EasyAccess is pleased to roll out two new integrations, Bar Codes and Screen Pops.
A Bar Code integration was introduced into the EAEvents module to simplify data entry, reduce wait times and improve process times. The Bar code reader was used to scan entrance Tickets which allowed the check-in of over 600 people in record time. The Bar Codes also enabled quick Item and Bidder identification during a Charity Auction event, which raised more than $1.2 million Canadian dollars for Children's Charities.
Screen Pops were rolled out at a British Columbian Crown Corporation's Customer Service Desk, where data collected by the IVR / VRU is passed to .Biz, along with the caller on the phone, in a Screen Pop where .Biz does a look-up into an Oracle legacy system and pulls the caller's information up for the Agent to address the call. This integration was implemented together with Bell Canada and is in full production.
June 2011 -.Biz Event Management solution in Production!
The new .Biz Event Management solution has been rolled into production, initially managing one of Canada's largest bank's Charity Auction, where hundreds of thousands of dollars of donations are managed through .Biz, culminating in a Charity Auction night. .Biz manages Raffles, Fundraisers, Cash Donation,Ticket Sales, Tax Receipts, Bidders, Donors, Integration to on-line credit card processing and everything in between.
May 2011 - Call Centre solution with Fax Integration goes Live
.Biz went live with a custom Call Centre solution where Requests are routed to various Agent Queues based on Request Type. Incoming Faxes automatically create Service Requests in .Biz and are routed to Agents where the Fax Viewer allows the Agent to process the Fax Request without ever handling a piece of paper! Incoming E-Mail create or update existing Requests in .Biz, no more monitoring a Mailbox. All the software and licenses are completely free, saving this client hundreds of thousands over other competitor's solutions that were considered (BMC/CA/HP/Frontrage/SD...). Next release of this custom solution will include calls routed from the ACD to screen pop client information at the Agent desk, all within .Biz ,to handle Phone, Fax, Email, Walk-in and Internal Requests from a single consolidated application.
From the start of the project to go-live date was less than a Month, demonstrating our agile approach to delivering custom solutions and meeting tight deadlines.
April 2011 - .Biz part of Multi-vendor solution at BC Crown Corp
.Biz has been chosen as the CRM component of a Call Centre solution at a British Columbian Crown Corporation. This custom solution will include screen pops into .Biz with look-ups into an Oracle database, automatic Request generation from In-coming Faxes and E-Mails, Request Routing and much more. EasyAccess is working with Canada's largest Telecom and several IT vendors, where .Biz is the application that pulls it all together.
March 2011 - .Biz Spanish version now Available
EasyAccess is pleased to announce our partnership with GRA Associates in launching the new .Biz in Spanish. GRA Associates will represent EasyAccess Business Solutions in the Latin American Market, combining our software with their expertise to provide ITSM Solutions tailored to the Latin American market.

December 2010 - Consulting Services continue

As well, we have re-engaged several existing customers who after years of using .Biz wish to enhance their solution to meet their growing needs.
November 2010 - E-Mail Submission live at Bank
EasyAccess has been keeping busy providing Consulting Service enhancing a custom application with enhancements to the Requisition and Reporting Module, As well, the .Biz Two-way E-Mail interface went into production at a large Bank. This integration monitors a mail box for incoming requests and creates or updates the Request(s) automatically. This saved significant time as the mailbox no longer needed manual attention.
October 2010 - Service Request using Standard Forms
EasyAccess has been awarded a Services Contract to develop and deploy a Service Request custom solution where End-Users make requests using customized Web Pages that emulate the Standard forms that previously were hand-filled and faxed. The solution will streamline collection, validation, auditing, approval tracking and reporting of all Service Requests, realizing productivity increases and cost savings.

June 2010 - .Biz on high alert for G20 in Toronto, Canada
As part of the preparations for the G20 summit, EasyAccess has worked closely with our customers in Toronto, Canada. This involved preparing a Disaster Recovery plan, moving the physical infrastructure to an off-site Business Recovery Centre and pro-actively monitoring the systems while being on-call standby. We are pleased to report everything went without incident.

December 2009 - Custom Equipment Requisition deployed
A successful deployment of a custom Equipment Requisition module went into production at one of Canada's largest banks in Toronto, Ontario, replacing an out-dated Lotus-Notes application. This custom solution allows for easy submission of requests, a fully escalated approval process with Notifications, picking items by Vendor and much more.

October 2009 - New BlackBerry Application under Development
A new BlackBerry application, BizBerry, is under development that will allow Agents and Users to Search, Create and Update Incidents, add Worklogs and Close Service Requests all from their Blackberry. Expected Release date is forth quarter 2009..

August 2009 - Large Canadian Bank rolls out .Biz globally
One of EasyAccess's longest standing clients and one of Canada's larges banks has engaged our Consulting Services to help roll out .Biz worldwide. Currently being used at bank locations in Toronto, London, Singapore, Tokyo and New York, the intial roll-out included Incident Management. The next major application the Bank is rolling out is our Requisition Management, in order to replace an existing application and consolidate under .Biz.

February 2009 - New Single Sign On and 2-Way E-Mail
We are very pleased to announce our new .Biz Single Sign On feature, that automatically detects your Login and let's you into .Biz seamlessly.
As well, we now have a full two-way e-mail submission and update feature, which monitors a Mailbox and creates or updates Incidents, saving any attachments and notifying the Agents and end users of updates.
January 2009 - New Hosted .Biz Service Offering
We are very pleased to announce our new Hosted .Biz service, a fully web-based hosted version of .Biz. This allows you to quickly implement an IT Service Management solution without the up-front costs or long term commitment. Just sign up by the month starting at $25/month.
Our first customer for the new Hosted .Biz is a group of Remedy/BMC Consultants working remotely together on Projects for their clients. This allows the Consultants and Clients to have access to their IT Service Management application anywhere, anytime, without the overhead of maintaining their own environment, allowing them to focus on their core business.
As well, new features to the Purchase Order module have been published, allowing users to submit Purchase Orders from the Service Request module. Purchase Orders can now have approvals, as well as a Categorization of the Line Items, a 'My Favourites' Line Item feature and much more.
December 2008 - .Biz at Canadian Bank used World-Wide
With a very successful roll-out at TD Bank in Toronto, the solution is now being used World-Wide in Toronto, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney Australia, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and Quebec City, all from a single installation of .Biz. This demonstrates how .Biz is truly designed to be a World Wide Web Application, reliable, scalable and easily deployed as an Enterprise Global Solution to offices and departments around the world.
After many updates to the product, we are pleased to announce the updated documentation for .Biz. This is available for download from our downloads page, as well as it is embedded in the updated setup program. A new Users Guide helps End Users to easily understand .Biz.
November 2008 - Sales targets exceeded & New Support options
EasyAccess Business Solutions exceeded it's yearly sales targets at the end of 3rd quarter! We attribute this to the current economic environment, where Companies need to realize better Return On Investment on their software and finding .Biz a better value than the competitors.
We are pleased to announce our "Custom Solution Extended Support" option, in which we roll all code fixes and feature enhancements to our base product into your custom solution. This allows you to keep your custom solution up-to-date without having to manage these updates yourself.
We continue to provide Consulting services to our customers as part of several .Biz upgrades and world-wide rollouts that are currently in progress, all have met their deadlines and have been well received by their user communities.
October 2008 - Large Canadian Bank upgrades to .Biz
Our long standing customer, TD Bank in Toronto, Canada, has been running our original Help Desk software for 6 years, and has easily upgraded to .Biz. This solution will roll out to several countries and be their main IT Service Management Solution.
As well, we are pleased to upgrade our existing customer VXI from our legacy EasyAccessHelpDesk to our new .Biz. VXI has been using EasyAccess for several years now, managing requests from all over the world.
This demonstrates our commitment to our customers and to ensure easy upgrade and forward compatibility, making .Biz a solid future-focussed investment.
September 2008 - New Purchase Order Features
Based on real-world customer feedback, we have made many significant improvements to our Requisition Management module. These enhancements make it easier to create Purchase Orders, preview the orders and send them to your supplier with a click of the mouse. You can Manage your Item Catalogue based on your Suppliers, for accurate ordering. These features, and much more are now part of .Biz.

With an easy monthly Calendar overview, quickly display all Scheduled Changes, allowing you to effectively manage Changes. As well with a click of the button, an Agent can see their Scheduled Changes, Tasks and Project Items. With easy Drill Down to review activities on a day-to-day basis, this new Scheduling feature is fully integrated into .Biz at no extra cost.
July 2008 - Custom Solution rolls out across Africa
We are pleased to roll out a custom solution of .Biz across Africa for Toyota in South Africa and their distributors in other African Countries. The solution allows distributors to operate their own 'Virtual Service Desk', allowing escalation of activities to Toyota South Africa HQ and the re-assignments back. As well, head quarters can monitor all .Biz activities across all regions and distributors. A very successful roll-out.
Several product enhancements have been made, as we continually improve .Biz.

We are also please to provide a custom solution to Toyota in South Africa that allows all their distributors across Africa to use .Biz as their own regional 'Virtual Service Desk', as well as escalate Requests to Headquarters in South Africa, allowing Toyota South Africa to monitor all activities in the regions.

Our new Requisition module, complete with Approvals, Purchase Orders, and Line Items has been fully integrated into the .Biz solution. The full version will be available in the base product shortly.
EasyAccess Business Solutions welcomes new customers from Florida and Maryland. We continue to win over previous Remedy customers. As well, our Support and Consulting services continue to grow.

March 2008 - .Biz v2 Source Code now released
Our development team has just completed a 4 month upgrade and test period of .Biz, and we are pleased to now make the new .Biz v2 Source Code available. For existing .Biz clients, this source code upgrade is free.
February 2008 - .Biz lands prestigious Client
We are very pleased to announce that the worlds largest software company has chosen .Biz over all other ITSM solutions. Our Web Site transparency, our solid Architecture and Source Code availability were the key points that separated .Biz from the crowd.
In February we also welcomed new clients in Ireland and United States. As well, we provided services to enhance an existing .Biz custom solution to a client in South Africa.
New product development includes the new Data Viewer and Exporter, allowing for easy custom report generation and export to Excel and .PDF. Charting is included, and will continue to be enhanced in future releases.
January 2008 - Biz v2.0 is now available!
.Biz v2.0 is now released. This new version is now available for Visual Studio .NET 2005 and NET 2.0. Enhancements in .Biz v2.0 are:
Closer integration to Active Directory via LDAP
Ported to latest Microsoft Platforms and technologies
Improved ITIL processes within base product

November 2007 - Consulting Services on the Rise
The Consulting Services Branch of EasyAccess Business Solutions Inc. has had a strong showing this quarter. Additional functionality, new reports, changes to workflow and custom definitions has been created for new and existing customers. Using the Design Change Request process, customers have been easily able to request new changes to their existing .Biz product. Changes have been completed for several customers including a Canadian Bank, a Telecom Company, a HealthCare provider and a Automaker in South Africa. Consulting services have already been booked for January, call now to get in the schedule.
October 2007 - International Bank implements custom Help Desk
An existing customer for years, Citibank implemented a custom solution, CitiHelp out of Boston, MA..
October 2007 - Major Bank implements .Biz across Canada
The initial roll-out of .Biz at HSBC in Canada proved so successful, it has been rolled out to other departments at HSBC operations, as well as across Canada at the individual Branches.
September 2007 - Municipality in UK selects .Biz
After having a personalized walk through of .Biz and trying the free 90 day Trial, .Biz was purchased by a municipality in UK, the City of Carlisle, United Kingdom.
September 2007 - EasyAccess survives merge at Telecom
One of our longest standing customers, Petrocom, New Orleans, LA, recently merged with several other Telecom Providers. During this merge, all parties technologies were reviewed, and it was decided to adopt EasyAccess as the primary platform for IT Service for the new company, Broadpoint.
August 2007 - Customized Solution Delivered to Health Care Service Provider
EasyAccess Business Solutions has supplied a customized solution focusing on Incident Management and Change Management to replace an existing Remedy solution in Dallas TX.
July 9, 2007 - .Biz in Canadian Government Council
The government run Canada Council of the Arts in Ottawa, Canada, purchased .Biz. because it fit their needs out-of-the-box, particularly the Asset Management module which allowed them to keep track of all assets within their organization.
May 11th, 2007 - .Biz at Global Communications Supplier
EasyAccess Business Solutions is supplying Andrew Corp., a global designer, manufacturer, and supplier of communications equipment, services, and systems with a Custom .Biz solution. It allows the tracking of their Equipment at Customer Sites and their Incidents, with an easy to use Customer login. February 2007 - .Biz Rolls across Canada at HSBC
EasyAccess Business Solutions is pleased with the successful roll-out of .Biz at one of the worlds largest banks. The solution is a customized Service Request application, where Bank Branches initiate requests such as Account Openings, Account Closures etc.. and at the Bank's Canadian Headquarters in Toronto, these requests are handled by Agents.
