EasyAccess Business Solutions Inc. (formerly Damgaard Inc.) was founded by Nic Nielsen in 1992. Nic and his team have been providing Help Desk Consulting, Services and Software ever since.

Nic holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from York University, Toronto, Canada, 1988, as well as several other industry designations including having been a Certified Netware Engineer (CNE '95) and a Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC v4, v5 and v6).

Nic has over 22 years experience in providing support and services for the software industry. In the mid 80's Nic managed the Support and Integration department for a Satellite Imaging software vendor, then moving on in the late 80's and early 90's to managing the Support and Consulting departments of a Document Management software start-up.

In 1992, Nic contracted with IBM Canada to provide 3rd level code-defect support for the IBM brand Help Desk product, and did so for several years.

In 1997, IBM Canada outsourced their Remedy ARS Support Services to Damgaard Inc, (later renamed EasyAccess Business Solutions) and for the next 8 years Nic and his team provided a high level of support to IBM Canada's Remedy customers, which included the full Remedy ARS product suite as well as highly customized Remedy Solutions.

In 1999, Nic began writing his own Help Desk Solution, EasyAccessHelpDesk, and continues to sell this solution world wide to a diverse customer base. Then in 2004, Nic and his team started working on .Biz, the ITSM / ITIL Suite of Applications.
